These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the booking of services at HEY BAE SALON LTD. Please read them carefully before using our services. By accessing our website or booking an appointment, you agree to be bound by these terms.
In these Terms and Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires:
2.1 Appointments can be booked through our website, by telephone, via social media, or in person at the salon.
2.2 All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the Company.
2.3 We recommend booking appointments at least 48 hours in advance. Walk-in appointments are accepted subject to availability.
2.4 When booking colour services for the first time, we may require a consultation and/or patch test at least 48 hours before your main appointment.
2.5 We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, including but not limited to health and safety concerns, inappropriate behavior, or failure to follow salon policies.
3.1 We understand that plans change. We kindly request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.
3.2 Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost.
3.3 No-show appointments (where a client fails to attend without notice) will be charged at 100% of the scheduled service cost.
3.4 Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in the requirement of a deposit for future bookings or refusal of service.
3.5 In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your appointment, we will provide as much notice as possible and offer to reschedule at your convenience at no additional cost.
4.1 All prices are quoted in pounds sterling (£ GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
4.2 Prices are subject to change without notice. The price applicable will be the price at the time of service.
4.3 Quotations provided during consultations are estimates based on the information available at the time. Final costs may vary depending on factors such as hair length, thickness, condition, and the time required to complete the service.
4.4 Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in advance.
4.5 We accept payment by cash, credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and bank transfer.
4.6 Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and cannot be redeemed for cash.
5.1 The safety of our clients and staff is our top priority. We reserve the right to refuse or modify any service that we believe may compromise health or safety.
5.2 All clients receiving colour services for the first time must undergo a patch test at least 48 hours before their appointment. This is a legal requirement and cannot be waived.
5.3 You must inform us of any allergies, medical conditions, or medications that may affect your treatment. This includes but is not limited to: allergies to hair products, skin conditions, pregnancy, and scalp conditions.
5.4 We cannot be held responsible for any adverse reactions if you have failed to disclose relevant medical information or if you decline recommended patch tests.
5.5 We maintain the highest standards of hygiene and sterilization. All tools are sanitized between clients, and disposable items are used where appropriate.
6.1 Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely happy with your service, please inform us within 7 days of your appointment.
6.2 We will make reasonable efforts to rectify any issues at no additional cost, subject to the nature of the concern and the condition of your hair.
6.3 Refunds are provided at the discretion of management and are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
6.4 We cannot be responsible for services performed by other salons or for damage caused by home treatments or products not recommended by us.

11.1 We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, fire, flood, epidemic, strikes, or failure of utilities.

12.2 Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
